A new member of the mid-range OPPO A series family has combined the group. The newcomer, known as the OPPO A78 5G, made its debut in Malaysia, and it is expected that other Asian countries will soon follow. The A78 5G will be released concurrently in Chinese and non-Chinese countries, in contrast to the A77’s predecessor, which was exclusive to its home country.

Design is everything with the OPPO A78 5G. The back plate is frosted, and an inflection in the form of a glossy pill extends from the main camera unit. The phone has the appearance of being extremely thin, and its right-angled edges are sharp and fashionable.

Turn the phone over to reveal a 6.56-inch display with IPS technology, HD+ resolution, and a 90 Hz refresh rate. A drop-notch that blends into the screen to conceal an 8MP selfie camera is also there. The bezels immediate the screen are relatively thin, even though the phone has a medium price tag for OPPO phones.

It is powered by a Dimensity 700 engine, which runs six Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz and two quick ARM Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2GHz. Since the performer is 7 nm, it is battery-friendly. A 5000mAh battery and a 33W superVOOC charging kit support the SoC. The A78 5G has a Type-C interface and a 3.5mm audio connector.
