Dubai RTA Announces Ramadan 2024 Service Hours

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the updated operating hours for its various services during the holy month of Ramadan 2024. These changes cover everything from Customer Happiness Centres to public transportation like the Dubai Metro, buses, and marine transport.

Customer Happiness Centers

  • During Ramadan, Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Tawar, and Al Manara will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.
  • Fridays: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon)
  • Important Note: Smart Customer Happiness Centres (Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA’s HQ) will continue to operate 24/7.

Vehicle Testing Centres

  • Hours vary between Tasjeel, Al Mutakamela, and other testing centers. Please check the RTA website for the most up-to-date schedules at specific locations.

Dubai Metro and Tram

  • Good News! There are no changes to the regular Metro and Tram schedules during Ramadan.

Dubai Bus
